+ Promotions Assistant
If you have an outgoing personality, a solid work ethic, and are willing to learn, then this is the position for you! Previous radio promotion assistant experience is preferred, but if you can demonstrate passion for the role, we will teach you radio. Bilingual Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply.

**Essential Duties: **Promotion Assistants are responsible for the overall success of radio station off-site events. Responsibilities include representing the radio station in a professional manner at all times. You will interact with the general public, clients and station personnel during events. You will be responsible for the set-up and breakdown of station promotional equipment which includes banners, tents, balloons, prize wheels, and station communication equipment. You must keep promotional areas and station vehicles organized and clean, and safely drive station vehicles while obeying traffic laws.
Requirements: Be available to work varied hours including evenings and weekends. Have the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to fifty pounds of equipment. Maintain an active driver’s license and a clean driving record. Must be eighteen years of age or older. Have working knowledge of electronics and phone communications equipment. Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as outgoing personality and good organizational skills.

+ Account Executive – Sales and Marketing
If you can sell, and want the opportunity to earn unlimited income, this position is for you. You should be outgoing, energetic, and willing to learn. Radio or other media sales experience is helpful, but if you have a sales background outside of media we can teach you about radio.

Essential Duties: Account executives are responsible for selling radio advertising, events and digital products to new and existing clients. Responsibilities include identifying and calling on new potential clients; helping clients understand how El Dorado can help grow their business and address other business needs; and presenting customized solutions to meet those needs.
Your performance will be measured by achieving personalized sales budgets, generating and maintaining clients, providing ongoing customer service, and ensuring timely client payments.
Requirements: Strong computer skills, including good working knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as outgoing personality and good organizational skills. Background in media sales helpful but not required.
